### How do I buy something here?

Products start on their own site: My Virtual Tracker has a 30-day free trial, and its desktop app is a free download. Kits will be bought online right here when they launch; until then, join the waitlist or send a purchase request and we reply within one business day.

### Are the kits subscriptions?

No. Every kit is a one-time license: you pay once, keep the code and use it in the products the license covers.

### Can you customise a product or kit for us?

Yes — we are a software studio first. Buy a kit and shape it yourself, or have us adapt it, connect it to your systems or build on top of it.

### Who is behind the shop?

SoftFix LLC, a software solutions studio that builds web platforms, business systems, e-commerce, mobile apps and automation, and fixes and maintains software already in use. Everything in the shop is software we designed and built.

### What does "coming soon" mean?

The product or kit is still being built. Its price is the planned price; join the waitlist and we will email you once, when it is ready.
